Convenient location near the main shopping area 🛍️. Our room had a modern vibe and a pretty clean bathroom, perfect for unwinding and chilling out.

It's like coming home. I always stay in the Metropole when I come to Geneva. Staff are always helpful and accomodating; the rooms are luxurious, if a little small. The restaurant is excellent; quality of food, service and presentation all of a high level.

My one gripe is cost...

The place was fairly clean with a consistently courteous and incredibly kind staff from duty manager to concierge service. Thoroughly enjoyed the premium double room with amazing views, and particularly good and beautiful location very close to the shopping area. A shower, a hair dryer, and dressing gowns were available there.

The bed in my room was very bad.

The hotel offers airy and updated rooms. The spacious bathrooms are a great feature.3. The staff are exceptionally kind and welcoming.4. The location is lovely, right in front of the English Garden.

It was quiet and very good for privacy.I like the fitness room.

Price is to high because for the same price I can stay in Kempinsky or President Wilson and to get corporate rate you are to complicated compared with those two

The location is excellent and incredible, it's near to old Geneva, shopping, and many fine restaurants as well as the shopping area. The room is trendy and tidy with amazing views and headphones plus lakeside view.

The gym

The room was really very small and very expensive.

I stayed in new-fashioned room with amazing views, lakeside view plus appliances as expected. The breakfast was great and excellent with good choice of products.

The staff were very rude, didn't expect that coming.

The location of this place is great, being close to the Natural History Museum; the premium double room I stayed in had modern decor and a clean bathroom.

Design, rom comfort and service were good enough

Too noisy for the room with lake view. Prices are high. For such rates intrnet access must be 24h for free

Reasonably large room, wonderful view of the lake. A wide range of facilities like: a mini bar fridge, climate control, and an individual safe.

The hotel had an unbeatable location just a few steps away from the Flower Clock. I booked a well-appointed room of GREAT quality with amazing views and a spacious bathroom.

Location was excellent. Staff vey helpful we enjoyed our weekend.

It would have been helpful if they could have included information in the room about tours and local attractions.

The location is ideal for exploring the lake and the surroundings such as Chamonix
